Amy R. Fochler
Attorney
I graduated from DePaul University College of Law. After law school, I moved to Colorado and worked as a public defender for several years. Through this experience, I gained extensive trial advocacy skills and learned to effectively fight for my clients’ rights.
In 2006, I relocated to Washington, D.C. to work for the Department of Veterans Affairs on the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. During this time, I developed a passion for helping Veterans. Working for the VA, I learned how to effectively navigate through the VA process, fully develop claims and get positive results for my clients. I worked as Counsel for the Board until 2012, and then entered private practice representing Veterans before the VA in compensation and pension benefits claims. I have represented thousands of Veterans before the VA Regional Office, Board of Veterans Appeals, and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
My father, Stanley G. Grasman (1936-1999) served in the US Navy from 1955 to 1957. In his honor, I have dedicated my life to helping Veterans. My sole practice is Veterans Law. I am an experienced and trusted VA accredited attorney that can help you obtain success against the VA and get you the benefits you have earned.
